As per my recent Facebook post, I've noticed the theme of the week has been SPEAKING UP!
Do you have difficulty speaking up for yourself as a Sensitive Soul?
Speaking-up, whether it be speaking your truth, or speaking up for your own needs (also is your truth!), can be difficult, and seems to be one of those significant life lessons for many people.
For us Sensitive Souls, who have the ability to FEEL DEEPLY, when it comes to speaking up, we may feel the FEAR of speaking up at a more intense level than others, and therefore refrain from doing so, so as to avoid the highly uncomfortable feelings that come with it.
As also mentioned in my previous post, I ended up in hospital last week!
I am currently staying at the Hare Krishna Farm and also working there, which can involve some heavy duty activities that require a fair amount of physical strength.
Before my little accident, where paint splashed into my eye, (causing significant irritation, slight infection, followed by an eye irrigation in the hospital's emergency ward!), I had the feeling that the work I was about to do just wasn't going to be right for me.
Throwing ourselves outside of our comfort zone can often trigger ALL kinds of old emotions to arise to the surface...
And this is usually the BEST opportunity to HEAL any unhelpful, outdated wounds that may be presenting themselves.
I recently had a rather large wound present itself to be healed...
And this only came up due to following my heart & soul's wishes, and throwing myself into a new environment, to live in a community, work on the land, and live a Yogic lifestyle...
At the Hare Krishna Farm!
As the Universe loves to work synchronistically, last week, I happened to write about asking for help and how this may trigger a fear of REJECTION.
And what wound happened to be triggered on my first day at The Farm?
Yep, yep... The fear of REJECTION!
(And not surprised at all due to the high vibration of the area I'm living in!).
The following little write-up, was something I wrote as I was actually IN the process of healing the wound. And how I went about releasing it from my system.
I hope you, dear Sensitive Souls, can benefit from this personal account of the healing process and the steps we may go through as we let go of emotions that no longer serve us.

My Little Healing Story
I lie here, listening to the sound of crickets singing, toads jumping in the dry leaves, cows mooing, and the sound of thunder, booming in the background.
The lighting flashes outside.
And I am healing my fear of rejection.
Prior to writing this blog, the plan was to provide clear and concise steps that a Sensitive Soul can take in regards to making decisions.
I have instead, told a personal story.
This story has all of the elements that you, as a Sensitive Soul, can use to make decisions in a particular way. Rather than relying completely on our logical/rational mind (so common in the Western world!), I have outlined how we can work with intuition, our body, the Universe & Mother Earth in order to find the answers that are RIGHT for us.It is a rather long post, so may be an idea to sit back, relax and make a nice cuppa for yourself before reading. I hope you enjoy! :-)
Earlier this week, I posted about how I've just completed an intensive 6-week feminine archetype embodiment course. It took a lot of energy, stamina and strength to engage in this work and for most of that 6-weeks, I felt exhausted, depleted, triggered and challenged. It was probably one of the most difficult things I have done in my life. So many fears being faced and shadows brought to light, all so that profound healing could occur.
With this being said though, I don't regret it for a moment. I feel that what we put into our lives, we get out. And I just 'knew' in my bones, that once this course was completed, the Universe would present its' reward...
You see, the more we heal ourselves, and our energy body, the more we can align to the Universe and to Mother Earth. The more we align, the more open we are to tuning in to receive the messages and guidance being offered to us. The more we tune in, the more we can understand the guidance, and therefore, take action by following the signs.
And this is SO important to know, especially when it comes to making those BIG life decisions!
Did you happen to have a week last week, around the full-moon & eclipse, where you were being pushed to make changes in your life?
Did something come to an end that perhaps forced you to look for or do something new?
Moving house, moving States, or moving jobs perhaps?
The reason I ask is because I found that numerous people in my life were faced with endings of some sort last week, and this was the catalyst for new beginnings...
And now major (positive!) changes are on the horizon for both myself and for many of those around me!
Would love to hear of any stories from you... ;-)
As a Sensitive Soul, do you find it difficult asking for help?
In my latest Facebook post, I spoke of recently moving house and recognising the following unhelpful belief systems that have been running the show, and causing me much STRESS!:
- "I don't need help. I can do it all my own!"
- "I'm a strong, independent woman who is self-reliant and self-sufficient and therefore, I don't need anything or anyone!"
Doing life this way has caused me nothing but stress, anxiety, burn-out and exhaustion! It has also come with feelings such as isolation, loneliness & depression.
And I'm completely done with it!
This time around, I promised myself that I would no longer go it alone. Rather than struggling, stressing and wearing myself down, I would ask for help.
And I certainly DID!
Wherever I knew that I'd get stressed, where I couldn't do it on my own, or that I'd lose money unnecessarily, I asked for help.
And GUESS WHAT?
The help CAME!
The RIGHT help came!
From the RIGHT people!
It was AMAZING!
