So in a Facebook Post earlier this week, I described how I randomly stumbled upon a tree in a nature-reserve that provided me with a healing... A rebalance of my energy system. I also spoke of how each fortnight, I drive down to beautiful Healesville, a mountainous region in the eastern parts of Victoria, to nourish myself and cleanse my energy system from all the city-vibes I've absorbed during my busy working weeks. I am drawn to Healesville because of its' close proximity to some grand mountains, its' greenery, fresh-air, of course, its' beautiful trees.
My normal regime consists of listening to inspirational audio-books on the drive down, an acupuncture session with my Chinese Medicine practitioner, some creative writing time in a favourite cafe, and a walk in nature. It's always such a relaxing, nourishing and rejuvenating experience and I always return to the city feeling re-energised and ready to rock for the next fortnight of city vibes!
Today I've written a short blog, to describe the importance and benefits of having a Morning Practice! It is also written in reference to a post I wrote on Facebook earlier this week.
This post spoke of how, for the last 2 years, I've been working on building a solid morning practice with the aim of empowering myself and to strengthen my energy field.
Of late, my practice has become more refined, and the energy around it is building and gaining momentum. This is happening because I've ensured I NEVER miss a day of my sacred morning practice. It takes precedence amongst EVERY task I need to complete in my day, and this is because I've learned the hard way... which is witnessing how my day goes WITHOUT doing my practice, where something will ALWAYS go wrong!
